The Pump has been PRIMED!

This is what we jokingly say when we tell people that we are indeed having another baby!  All that time we worried and all of that money we spent to have our twins...who would have thought that in three years, we'd have FOUR!  What a blessing.

We are excited and also sobered because I think we know a little more (not even close to most of you seasoned parents reading this) what we are getting ourselves into this time! ;)  I have spent most of these first 12 weeks feeling very tired and very sick (UGH...how soon I forget that being pregnant is not very fun at first) but things are looking up and energy is slowly but surely returning so we are ALL thankful for that!

Jeff has been super amazing and helpful as usual...more so this time since he is doing his last class as a correspondence course so doesn't have to leave to go to school at nights...it's so nice to have him home and I know I am a very lucky lady to have a man who will make dinner on the nights I can't handle the smells and do the dishes.  He is a gem my friends...a gem.

The baby is due about two weeks after Norah's 2nd birthday in March.  We will get to find out the gender in October I think.  Everyone says it will be a boy...I am frankly scared to death to try to raise a boy but I don't have to think about that now. Of course we will be happy either way.

So that's our news.  I'm so excited for the girls to be a little more aware of what's going on this time and I know they will LOVE having a baby in our home.  That part will be so much fun.

Here's to growing bellies and another couple of years of diapers! Bring it!

We are so thrilled for you! Congratulations! You would do great with a boy, but how priceless would four little girls be too? I think it's a win/win situation.

YAY! Congrats! I agree, after three girls, why would I want a boy to mess up my girl raising mojo? I wish you a healthy happy baby either way!

Oh Hannah, why are you scared to have a boy. You are an awesome mother and would do great with a boy. I also agree with Genevieve that 4 girls would be fun though. However it turns out, I'm so happy for you!

I love to read your blog and be reminded of how positive and optimistic you are. It is such a blessing to have a great husband, I agree. Congratulations!
PS- there is a sportscaster guy on a local channel here that reminds me of Jeff. FYI.

Yay! Congratulations! I'm so excited for you!

Also, I lost your phone number (mommy brain I swear) and so I never led you back about the preschool. I would LOVE to do preschool with you guys, but I work at the same times you were saying you were going to hold it. So I just bought this preschool curriculum online and I'm doing it with her by ourselves. She could really use the social aspect of doing it with your girls! Thanks for the invite!

That's right, bring it! I totally know what you mean about the thought of raising a boy....No offense at all to mothers with sons....it's just uncharted territory for us. Your new little one is so blessed to come into your precious family. The girls are going to be such big helpers!..I hope!
